Powers of Attorney

Sometimes, you need to give another person the authority to act on your behalf. That authority may be limited to certain financial decisions. It may be more general and cover personal matters, as well. It may be for a short period of time or it may be an ongoing arrangement.

If the scope of the authority being granted is not clear, it may create problems, either for you or for the person to whom the power of attorney has been granted.  Noah will work with you to develop a personalized power of attorney agreement that will address every likely scenario and ensure that your rights are protected and your intentions are clearly understood and respected.
