Noah Evanchuk is a lawyer based in Regina, Saskatchewan, offering a range of legal services including criminal defense, wills and estate planning, powers of attorney agreements, health care directives and real estate law.

Noah graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2004 and was called to the bar in 2005. He worked first as a Student-At-Law and then as an associate lawyer at Balfour Moss in Regina from July 2004 to January 2007.  In February 2007, he went into practice for himself in association with other lawyers at Andrews Benko Rondeau Hawkins Brown Pyle & Evanchuk.

Noah is committed to ensuring that all of his clients, regardless of their ages or backgrounds, receive a fair trial and a full and vigorous defense of their legal rights. He has extensive experience in criminal law matters, having represented clients, including young offenders, on a range of criminal charges ranging from failure to appear in court to assault to first-degree murder.

Noah will help clients and their families plan for the future with discretion, sensitivity and common sense. His services include wills and estate planning, real estate transactions, and the preparation of powers of attorney agreements and health care directives.

Noah donates his time and expertise to the Regina Free Legal Clinic offered by the Salvation Army.  He is also an active member of his church and of the Ukrainian Canadian business community in Regina.
